Aftermarket automotive parts are not always suitable for a particular vehicle, and therefore these parts should be installed by people with professional experience, integrity, and tools. Alternative Gas Solutions recommends that a purchaser who wishes to install or use a product himself obtain the necessary installation advice or instructions from an experienced professional installer, or from a published and credible source of installation advice. Alternative Gas Solutions may from time to time link to a website with installation advice; Alternative Gas Solutions disclaims any liability for such advice.

Installation and Usage Disclaimer:

Because this is an Internet transaction and not face-to-face, it is unlikely that Alternative Gas Solutions will be able to assist in the installation of a product beyond what is available on our website and written instructions which were sent to you with your product purchase. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to facilitate the installation of all parts purchased here using his own means. Alternative Gas Solutions cannot be held liable for any difficulties arising from the installation or usage of a product.

Because our Return Policy prohibits customers from returning parts that were simply too difficult to install, it is imperative that when you buy a part from us that you have considered carefully that the low prices you see on our website do not include installation. If you hire a professional to install a part which they have no experience installing, even they may have difficulty with the installation. It also applies especially to any product which increases performance. But since vehicles are so complicated, even a small or insignificant part could fall into this category. Alternative Gas Solutions therefore disclaims that all parts are sold with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You, the buyer assumes all liability for the intended or actual use of a product, and assumes full responsibility to purchase and use products which are acceptable by the laws governing such use. Certain Jurisdictions, Vehicle Warranties, and Off-Road Use Certain aftermarket products may not be warranted or lawful in certain jurisdictions, and the buyer assumes the responsibility to abide by such restrictions. Furthermore, certain aftermarket parts could invalidate the vehicle’s warranty if such parts are found to cause (or relate to) a vehicle’s failure. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the installer to ensure that the installation of an aftermarket part will not damage the vehicle or jeopardize the vehicle’s warranty. Alternative Gas Solutions shall not be held liable for any damage or injury arising from the installation or usage of any part purchased from Alternative Gas Solutions.

Returns/Refunds:
Please measure the space in your vehicle and do your hydrogen research before you purchase one of our hydrogen systems because we do not accept any returns or issue refunds including but not limited to, buyers regret, installation difficulty, insufficient mounting space, mpg gains not as expected, never installed, or simply changed your mind. Once a hydrogen system as been purchased it may not be returned for any reason EXCEPT warranty repair. 

*Shipping Costs are NOT refundable or reimbursed under any circumstances, unless we make a mistake on your order, (in which case we will be responsible for shipping costs).

We do NOT accept returns based on customers perception or measurement of production level of hho gas. We measure our units after many break in hours and using a Dwyer lab grade gas/air flow meter, which may or may not match up with customer’s method of measurement. 

Warranty Disclaimer:

The products on this site are provided with a warranty which is available for your review under the warranties tab. By purchasing a product from Alternative Gas Solutions you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the warranty and agree to accept the warranty terms and conditions. Alternative Gas Solutions does not make any additional warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

By viewing, using, and visiting this website, user acknowledges that any alteration to a vehicle can result in the breach of various warranties provided by their manufacturers, distributors, or sales dealerships. User acknowledges that he or she shall hold harmless Alternative Gas Solutions, its affiliates, sponsors, whether in their own personal capacity or representative capacity through corporations, partnerships, and the like in any event a warranty is thereby nullified. Alternative Gas Solutions expressly urges all users to refer to all laws to ensure they are in complete and fastidious adherence therewith. Alternative Gas Solutions does not advocate the violation of any laws for any purposes whatsoever. User agrees to use this website contingent upon his or her agreement to abide by all applicable laws.

Furthermore, user is warned that various alterations may be very hazardous especially with respect to the energy systems of the vehicles. Alternative Gas Solutions denies all responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from alterations to the fuel systems. Due to the dangerous nature of working with the fuel or energy systems of vehicles, Alternative Gas Solutions expressly warns and recommends that any alterations to their vehicles be made by a licensed, certified, and experienced professional. Moreover, any alterations, and experiments promoted in this site is intended for use on private property (ie. not to be used with publicly subsidized and accessible roads) and exclusively for recreational vehicles. In all cases, user acknowledges and expressly takes the risks attendant to the undertaking of any experimentation's or alterations to any vehicle due to the contents of this website.

If a part is not legal to be sold in a jurisdiction except for off-road use, then by buying such a product and having it sent to such a jurisdiction, the buyer must agree to use the product as stipulated by the laws governing such a purchase. All products which can legally only be purchased for off-road use are hereby stipulated to be sold only for off-road use, and the purchaser agrees to use such products only for off-road use and not to hold Alternative gas Solutions liable for any illegal product purchase or use. Even if a product is not labeled as “for off-road use only” it might only be legal to use in certain jurisdictions and not in others. Because laws vary widely, it is the responsibility of the buyer and installer of a product to determine what constitutes off-road use and whether a product is legal to be installed on any particular vehicle in any particular jurisdiction.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alternative Gas Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licenses and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any damages to your vehicle activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Disputes:

By purchasing products or services from Alternative Gas Solutions you agree to settle any dispute between us in the courts of the State of AZ. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without giving effect to its principles or rules of conflict of laws to the extent such principles or rules are not mandatory applicable by statute and would require or permit the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You agree that the appropriate state or federal court in AZ. will have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such forum should a dispute arise.

In addition to the terms set forth above neither Alternative Gas Solutions nor its affiliates, whether acting in their personal, representative, or corporate capacity, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, consultants, advisors, and partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticated of, the information contained within this website, its linked pages, sponsors, and affiliates.

Customer Remedy:

Our company's entire liability, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of items which we received payment from you, at our option. All remedies are limited to items purchased and used within the United States and Canada. Customers who elect to have their credit card company reverse charges will not be eligible for any additional remedy from our company.
